WEB ORDERS
Products listed under “Shop By Breed” can be ordered directly through the website via PayPal. After registering with PayPal you can pay by debit card, eCheck, or any major credit card. K9-Design uses a verified business account with PayPal for all online transactions. At no time do we ever have access to your credit card or financial information.
If at any time you have trouble with the shopping cart or PayPal, please email me and I will be happy to send you an invoice.

MAIL-IN ORDERS
Only residents of the United States may mail in their orders. I only accept personal checks or money orders in US funds (no credit cards). I cannot accept cash, checks or money orders from foreign countries. I will wait for checks to clear before processing your order.

BULK ORDERS
K9-Design gladly offers bulk rate discounts on orders of over 25 pieces. I happily sell to retailers or clubs looking to re-sell as fundraisers. You can mix and match designs, products and/or colors in your order so long as the quantity is over 25.
Bulk orders carry the following discounts:
25-49 pieces : 15% off
50-74 pieces : 20% off
75-99 pieces : 25% off
100+ pieces : 40% off
Additional discounts apply to retailers and approved breed rescue groups. Please email me if you would like to place a bulk order!
CUSTOM & LOGO ORDERS
I would love to work with you on a custom designed decal and/or magnet. Simple custom decals such as a kennel name or pet’s name under an existing design are just $15. Text only decal graphics are $1 per inch of greatest diameter. I can resize existing graphics to your specification. Please see some samples of my custom work on the Custom Designs page.
I can also design original artwork in decal or magnet form from a photo of your pet. Additional artwork charges apply. Please email me for more information.

RETURNS
Occasionally items are lost or damaged in the mail or damaged during application. If you do not receive your item(s) within 14 days of shipping date or otherwise have trouble, email me and let me know and I will resolve the issue. Custom pieces are processed as quickly as possible, I will email you and let you know when your custom piece has shipped.
I recommend shipping insurance on orders over $50.
